I’ve been a part of other programs and didn’t get results. How do I know this will work?

Now when it comes to a transformation, you need 3 parts to be taken care of: strategy-mindset-accountability. Chances are, what you tried so far was missing minimum one of these things. Workout plan? -> no nutrition, mindset, accountability Nutrition plan? -> no workout, mindset accountability In-person PT? -> no nutrition and mindset and 24/7 accountability You need all 3 to be successful, see rapid results AND most importantly SUSTAIN them. Also, most programs have not figured out plant-based nutrition like we did. After working with 100s of vegans we have developed the formula to turn you into a Fit Vegan. Trust me, this approach works, if you work it.

Will this work for me if I’m older?

What if I don’t have access to a gym or equipment?

No problem. We have mastered the art of home workouts - with or without equipment.

Because the same principles apply when you workout from home. Volume, intensity & frequency. In fact, we found our clients doing home workouts enjoying the convenience and time being saved.

How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I may be too busy with my kids,
family, job, school/studies etc...

As a busy entrepreneur I totally understand your concern. But here’s the truth, there will never be a perfect time to start your journey. Our top clients usually work 12 hour days and are busy go getters and it actually serves them to have a bit less time — because now she is forced to focus to only do the things that work best and waste no time.

So yes, you can absolutely do this with young kids and/or with a full time job/. You will simply need to work smarter, not harder. We will show you how. 

In our coaching program, we believe in the F.I.O., Figure It Out along the way strategy, or in other words, commit first, figure out the rest later. Because as you get older, it won’t get easier to get in shape.

Bottom line: Successful people do not negotiate their dreams around circumstances, which makes right now as good a time as any to get started.

How will you make sure I don’t injure myself?

Firstly, we’ll tailor the approach to your experience level. So if you’re a beginner you won’t be receiving advanced workout techniques.

Secondly, you have detailed tutorial videos for each exercise you’ll be receiving.

Lastly we encourage our clients to send in form videos, so we can assess your form and give you feedback.

How soon will I start losing weight?

You will see progress with in the first few weeks, this is a stabilisation phase so for some people this is slower or faster than others, after 2 weeks it then really accelerates as we learn your body.

How is this program different?

This program utilizes my M3 Training system, Plant-Fueled Nutrition Protocol and Lifestyle Lean systems that have been tested and proven with 100s of Vegans by now.

How do you help me personally?

In addition to your personal coach checking in with you throughout the week you’re also getting access to Q&A live-calls every week with Fritz and the team where you can ask your questions and get supported 1:1.

Do I have to be vegan to join the program?

We only coach people that want to eat plant-based.

What does the program cost?

It depends on what you need, if I were a doctor I can’t prescribe you aspirin if what you need is surgery.
